4 Class Warm Up 's

To be applicable, the AKA bout must be within 3 Months of grading (can be after grading).
To apply, the AKA must adhere to the following criteria;
a) Gone distance & won.
b) Gone distance & lost
c) Win by Outclass
Please note: Loss by outclass means that the bout does not apply

Please Note: To take this grading you must be fully licensed and own all of the approved sparring equipment which includes;
Leather Boxing Gloves of the correct weight
Elasticated Shin & Instep Protectors (Hard faced or 'strapped' protectors will not be accepted)
Gumshield
Groin Guard (Male or Female)
Elbow Pads
