West Area Kick Thai

This Thai Boxing class is suitable for established WAKT students who are not beginners.
You must be in full colours (uniform) & have a full/valid license to be an A-Class student.
The lesson consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by hard pad-work and/or sparring and techniques.
Training in all classes are in bare feet

Day: Tuesday
Time: 7:00pm start (arrive early!)
Duration: 1 hour to 1.5 hours
Cost: £4.00 (£3.00 concessions)
