This Thai Boxing class is suitable for beginners and improvers. The lesson consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by pad-work and/or techniques. If you've not been before we would recommend loose comfortable clothing (shorts and t-shirt are ideal). Training in all classes are in bare feet
