Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as the name would suggest is a mixture of fighting arts. We train mainly in submission and wrestling techniques as this 'bolts on' nicely to Muay Thai which is widely regarded at the ultimate 'Stand Up' fighting art in MMA. The lesson consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by technique drills and/or rolling (sparring). If you've not trained in MMA before we would recommend loose shorts and tight top (a surfing rash vest is ideal). Training in all classes are in bare feet
