This Thai Boxing class is suitable for established WAKT students who are looking to improve their fitness and techniques. The lesson consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by a 5 station 10 round circuit. The circuit varies each week and can consist of anything from clinch sparring, boxing, skipping, through to pad-work and endurance drills. Training in all classes are in bare feet, although trainers are allowed in this class for skipping, shuttle runs, and sprints etc.
