West Area Kick Thai

This Thai Boxing class is a mixed class and suitable for beginners through to advanced.
The lesson consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by pad-work and/or techniques.
If you've not been before we would recommend loose comfortable clothing (shorts and t-shirt are ideal).
Training in all classes are in bare feet

Day: Wednesday
Time: 7:00pm start (arrive early!)
Duration: 1 hour to 1.5 hours
Cost: £4.50 (£3.50 concessions)
